PaperRight is a manual budgeting and expense tracking application that helps users monitor their spending, track burn rate, and manage their finances using the 50/30/20 budgeting methodology.
Account Creation: You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
Free Tier: Limited to 50 expenses per month with basic features including 50/30/20 budgeting, daily burn rate tracking, and year-to-date summaries.
Pro Tier: Monthly subscription providing unlimited expenses, custom budget percentages, recurring expense tracking, and advanced analytics.
Billing: Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to Pro features will continue until the end of your billing period.
Price Changes: We may modify subscription prices with 30 days notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PaperRight and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Data: You retain all rights to the financial data you enter into the Service. We claim no ownership over your expense data.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Data Security: While we implement reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Service at your own risk.
Data Backup: You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not liable for data loss.
Financial Advice: PaperRight is a tool for tracking expenses and budgeting. It does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice. Consult qualified professionals for financial advice.
Service Availability: The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Accuracy: We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of calculations, analytics, or recommendations provided by the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaperRight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PaperRight, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a new "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
